The customs officer conducted a draft survey on board, but no written report was provided. They verbally confirmed that the cargo quantity was sufficient based on the vessel's constant of 300MT. However, the Customs officer did provide draft readings which allowed us to calculate that the cargo quantity was approximately 65,651.77 MT. This is about 167.13 MT (0.255%) more than the B/L figures of 65,484.64 MT.
