Cargo Clearance Update: Silo Inspection Invitation and Potential Cargo Mixing

Please note that we received an email from the insurance broker of the receiver yesterday evening, informing us that they've customized a set of clearance equipment to mitigate the loss and have invited us to conduct an on-site survey. This morning, we contacted the receiver's shipping department and were informed that the customized equipment has been installed in the silo. They've estimated that the clearance rate may be low and may not meet the loading requirements, which means that the remaining cargo from our ship will be loaded into a truck with other cargo from other silos. As a result, our cargo will be mixed with other ship's cargo when loaded on the truck. However, we have not been informed of the specific date when our cargo will start transporting. Kindly advise if we should accept the invitation to inspect the silo.
