Excellent Saturable Absorption Properties of Nanowires in Ultraviolet and Visible Light Range
Due to the wide bandgap of nanowires, single-photon absorption of 355 nm laser is easily excited, while excited-state absorption of 532 nm laser is also easily excited. Therefore, this material exhibits excellent saturable absorption properties in the ultraviolet and visible light wavelength range.
