Excellent Saturation Absorption Properties of Nanowires in UV-Vis Range
Due to the wide bandgap of nanowires, single-photon absorption by a 355 nm laser is easily excited, while excited-state absorption by a 532 nm laser is easily excited. This material exhibits excellent saturation absorption properties in the ultraviolet and visible light range.
