Heat Damaged Cargo, Unattended Discharge
Effective communication was maintained with all concerned parties to address the heat damaged cargo. The consignee did not attend on board to handle the damaged cargo on July 25. Discharging operations were underway in hold No. 2 & 5. The heat damaged cargo was not separately discharged at this stage.
