This study focuses on modulating the expression levels of different ARAP1 transcripts in HepG2 cells. We utilized shRNA and a lentivirus overexpression system to achieve targeted regulation of specific ARAP1 transcripts. Through these approaches, we successfully generated stable transfected HepG2 cell lines with altered ARAP1 transcript expression. Our findings provide a valuable resource for investigating the distinct roles of ARAP1 isoforms in the context of liver cancer.
