Rain Delays Cargo Cleaning: Safety Measures and Solutions

Due to heavy rain, both the cargo hatch and fuel hatch have been securely closed for safety reasons. The workers have assured us that they will promptly provide rainproof covers to protect the cargo on board. We will closely monitor and assess the effectiveness of these measures to ensure the safety of the operation.

While prioritizing safety, we propose opening the hatches to resume the cleaning operation as soon as possible. Currently, progress in the cleaning process has been slow due to the weather conditions. Consequently, we have already made a request to the terminal for additional manpower to expedite the cleaning efforts. The terminal has confirmed that as per the initial plan, they will dispatch 10 personnel for the cleaning task on the 22nd. We are hopeful that with these measures in place, we can overcome the delays caused by the rain and complete the cleaning operation efficiently.
