According to the dock information, the goods are transported to the consignee's yard directly via land transportation. However, due to concerns about environmental pollution caused by fuel spillage during transportation, all goods contaminated by fuel are unloaded separately into the D1 yard within the dock premises. This yard is located approximately 500 meters away from the shore.

Inside the cargo hold, the goods are extracted using an orange peel grab with a weight of approximately 30 tons. They are then transferred to a funnel placed on the shore before being loaded onto vehicles. The dock has made arrangements for several vehicles dedicated to transporting polluted goods. The grab will determine whether to pick up normal goods or contaminated goods based on the vehicles designated for transporting them. However, due to the usage of the grab, it is inevitable that a portion of both normal and contaminated goods will be mixed and unloaded together. Furthermore, since the normal goods and contaminated goods share the same funnel, there is a possibility of contaminating some of the normal goods.
