Urgent: Ship Repair Update - HRDD Shipyard & Local Agent Assistance Needed

Dear Mr. Zhang,

Regarding the previously mentioned case, we would like to inform you that we have already been in touch with the representative from HRDD Shipyard. They have informed us that our vessel is scheduled for repairs at their facility on either the 27th or 28th of this month. Additionally, they have advised us to prepare a significant amount of documentation, including an invitation letter from the captain. Although we have sent an email to the captain, we have not received a response yet. We have attached the invitation letter to this message and kindly request you to forward it to the captain for signature and confirmation.

To ensure a smooth entry into the shipyard, we have also contacted the local protection agent, Oceanfaver, as previously instructed. However, they claim to have no knowledge of the repair work and are unable to assist us. Therefore, we kindly request you to provide us with the contact details of a local agent responsible for ship repairs or the contact details of the shipowner's engineering department responsible for repairs.
