Oil Leak During Transfer Operation - Joint Survey Pending

Due to the ongoing transfer of oil from tank No. 2S to tank No. 3P, the bunker sounding operation was unable to take place. This morning, both the charterer's surveyor, Mr. Chenlixin, and the terminal's surveyor, Mr. Feng Chao, attended the vessel. Once the transfer operation is finished, all parties involved will conduct a joint survey to determine the remaining amount of bunker oil on board. The precise quantity of the leaked oil will be determined after the joint survey is completed.
