Bunker Sounding Postponed Due to Oil Transfer - Joint Survey Pending

Due to the ongoing oil transfer from tank No. 2S to tank No. 3P, the bunker sounding operation could not be conducted. Both Mr. Chenlixin, the surveyor representing the charterer, and Mr. Feng Chao, the surveyor representing the terminal, attended the vessel this morning. Once the transfer operation is finished, all parties involved will conduct a joint survey to determine the remaining bunker oil on board. The precise amount of oil leaked will be determined after the joint survey is completed.
