This includes Mr. Chenlixin, the surveyor representing the charterer, and the surveyor representing the terminal. However, this survey has been delayed due to the ongoing oil transfer from tank No. 2S to tank No. 3P. Once this transfer operation is completed, the joint survey will be conducted to determine the remaining bunker oil on board.
