Oil Leak During Transfer Operation - Joint Survey Pending

Due to the ongoing oil transfer from tank No. 2S to tank No. 3P, the bunker sounding operation was unable to be performed. This morning, both Mr. Chenlixin, the surveyor representing the charterer, and the surveyor on behalf of the terminal attended the vessel. Once the transfer operation is finished, all parties involved will conduct a joint survey to ascertain the remaining bunker oil on board. The precise quantity of oil leaked will be determined after the joint survey.
