The quantity of oil leaked will be determined after a comprehensive joint survey involving all relevant parties. This includes the charterer's surveyor, Mr. Chenlixin, and a surveyor representing the terminal. The survey was temporarily postponed due to an ongoing oil transfer operation from tank No. 2S to tank No. 3P. Upon completion of this transfer, the joint survey will proceed to accurately assess the remaining bunker oil onboard and determine the precise amount of oil leaked.
