Bunker Sounding Postponed Due to Oil Transfer - Joint Survey Pending

Due to the ongoing oil transfer from tank No. 2S to tank No. 3P, the bunker sounding operation could not be conducted as scheduled. Both Mr. Chenlixin, the charterer surveyor, and Mr. Feng Chao, the surveyor representing the terminal, attended the vessel this morning. Once the transfer operation is finished, all relevant parties will carry out a joint survey to determine the remaining bunker oil on board. The precise quantity of oil leaked will be determined following the completion of the joint survey.
