Bunker Oil Leak Investigation: Joint Survey Pending Transfer Completion

Due to the ongoing oil transfer from tank No. 2S to tank No. 3P, the sounding operation could not be carried out. Both the charterer surveyor and the surveyor attended the vessel this morning. Once the transfer operation is complete, all relevant parties will conduct a joint survey to determine the remaining bunker oil on board. The exact amount of oil leaked will be determined after the joint survey.
