Secondly, the diagrams in the report are very blurry and we cannot identify them. The mentioned records were pointed out by your inspector, not selected by us.
In addition to the mentioned records, we also mentioned abnormal temperatures on the 61st and 62nd day. However, please note that by this time, the container had already arrived at the warehouse and the goods were under the control of the consignee. Furthermore, these two days had the highest temperatures recorded. Logically, if the goods were affected by high temperatures, it should have been during this period.
Finally, we believe that the conditions for establishing insurance liability, as judged by your inspector, are not met.
