Vessel Repair Update: Survey Results & Departure from Yantai Anchorage

Further to the aforementioned matter, we would like to inform you that our surveyor attended on board during the repair process as per your instructions.

Based on our spot survey, we have determined that the repair conducted on the vessel closely aligns with the findings of the inspection carried out at Jing Tang Port. The slight difference observed can be attributed to the repair method employed. In order to streamline the repairs and minimize time and labor expenses, certain extensively damaged parts were replaced directly. In our professional opinion, these repair methods were reasonable and acceptable.

We would also like to inform you that the subject vessel sailed off Yantai anchorage at approximately 2200hrs on August 24, 2023.

Regarding the repair costs, we will assess them upon receipt of the relevant repair invoices.
