Hatch Cover Malfunction After Repair: Rack and Coaming Interference

After closing the hatch cover and conducting a hose test, we confirmed its watertight integrity. However, following repair work carried out by the terminal, the hatch cover exhibited operational difficulties. Specifically, the bottom side of the rack was observed to be making contact with the top side of the hatch coaming. Additionally, during the closing operation, the teeth of the rack and the COG wheel were not in a horizontal alignment.
