Hatch Cover Malfunction After Repair: Rack Misalignment and Operational Issues

Following the closing of the hatch cover, a hose test was carried out, confirming its water tightness. However, subsequent to repairs conducted by the terminal, the hatch cover exhibited operational difficulties. Specifically, it was observed that the underside of the rack made contact with the upper section of the hatch coaming. Moreover, the teeth of the rack and the COG wheel were not in horizontal alignment during the hatch closing process.
