During the meeting, we presented the assessment results of our inspectors to the cleaning company. At the same time, our inspectors introduced the on-site cleaning work and evaluation methods to all participants. They stated that the cleaning company reports the materials, vehicles, personnel, etc. used for cleaning on a daily basis, and our inspectors conduct daily on-site inspections. Any discrepancies found are promptly verified with the cleaning company. Ultimately, there was no major dispute between the two parties regarding the use of the main items on-site.

In the subsequent evaluation work, our inspectors based their assessment on the usage of each item on-site and followed the rate table specified in the contract. If not specified, the rate table and market price were used for determination. Therefore, our assessment is reasonable.
