LOP Damage Report: Limitations and Visible Findings

In the LOP, it is mentioned that damage occurred during the loading process caused by the stevedore. However, there's a lack of specific information regarding the location and extent of the damage in written form. The records provided in the table above are based on the images attached to the LOP. Since these images were taken from a distance, it becomes challenging to identify certain damages, such as cracks. Additionally, some damages may still be concealed by the cargo, making them invisible. Therefore, we have only documented the damages that are clearly visible.
