Damage Report Request: Determining Incident Relation for Vessel Damage

Due to the significant time elapsed since the discovery of vessel damage, we request the following reports from our principal to determine if the damage is recent or occurred during the accident voyage:

• Stevedore Damage Report: This report details any damage observed or reported by stevedores during cargo operations.
• Off-Hire Condition Report (Accident Voyage): This report documents the vessel's condition when it went off-hire after the accident voyage, providing a record of any existing damage.
• On-Hire Condition Report (Next Voyage): This report documents the vessel's condition when it went on-hire for the voyage following the accident voyage, offering a comparative reference point.

Analyzing these reports will help us ascertain the timeframe of the damage and its potential connection to the accident voyage.
