I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request the delivery information for the additional score report that I have applied for through ETS. As mentioned in the ETS official email, I have chosen to have the score report delivered by regular mail as the recipient's code is not registered in the ETS system.

In order for ETS to process my request, I need to provide the delivery information in the following format:

I have already submitted my request for the additional score report and have paid the score reporting fee of 146 RMB. However, as the recipient's code is not registered in the ETS system, I have to provide the delivery information manually.

Please rest assured that the electronic version of my score report that I have already sent to Kells Academy is identical to the official score report that will be sent by ETS through regular mail.
