As per instructions, on May 31, 2023, a composite sample of No. 203 warehouse and silos was prepared. Mr. Wang from Sinic-Glory Marine Service Limited, on behalf of charterer ADM, witnessed the sample preparation together with our surveyor at the ITS office.

Under the watchful eye of all parties present, ITS surveyors randomly selected 2-3 bags of samples from each lot in proportion to the size of the lot to prepare composite samples. The seals of the lot samples were broken on the spot. Before unsealing the lot samples, we checked the seals and noted that the seal number was the same as the sealing record, and the seals were intact.

The lot samples were blended in a bucket after reduction by splitter. Ten bags of composite samples were prepared, each bag weighing approximately 3 kg. After completing the sample preparation at around 1:20 pm, all the samples were sealed under the watchful eye of all parties present. The composite sample with seal No. 4762461 was sent to the ITS Qingdao lab for testing
