Although the ship's operator failed to provide an accident report or an underwater survey report, our on-site inspection yielded compelling evidence. The inspection revealed relatively new scratches on the damaged parts of the hull. This observation leads us to speculate that there is a strong likelihood that these hull damages originated from the same incident.
