Request to Reconsider Administrative Penalties - Alleged Incident Investigation

We are actively collaborating with the Maritime Safety Agency (MSA) investigation, alongside the P&I Club correspondent and the protective agent. It is paramount to emphasize that the alleged incident was not a result of any negligence on the part of the vessel or crew, and there have been no adverse consequences. Given these circumstances, we respectfully request the MSA to carefully consider our proposal to refrain from imposing any administrative penalties concerning our vessel.
