The P&I Club correspondent, ourselves, and the protective agent are actively collaborating with the MSA investigation. It is crucial to emphasize that the alleged incident was not a result of any negligence on the part of the vessel or crew, and there were no negative repercussions. Given these facts, we respectfully request the MSA to seriously consider our proposal to refrain from imposing any administrative penalties on our vessel.
