Cerebral palsy (CP) is a complex neurological disorder with multiple causes, which can result in neuromuscular dysfunction. Children with CP often have difficulty acquiring proper movement patterns due to a lack of memory, making it challenging to improve neuromuscular function through motor imitation. To address this issue, our team has developed the Gusu Constrained Standing Training (GCST), a three-dimensional biomechanical model for postural control relearning based on neuromuscular therapy concepts. GCST is designed to help children with CP repair anterior pelvic tilt, knee hyperextension, squatting gait, and improve their segmental dynamic stability. However, the exact effects of GCST on muscles are not yet fully understood
