Ceiling and Floor Effects of QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L in Breast Cancer Patients

Tables 2 and 3 present the ceiling and floor effects of QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L, both for overall measures and individual dimensions. When breast cancer patients were surveyed about EQ-5D-5L, the highest percentage of individuals reporting no issues was in the 'Self-care' dimension, at 53.6%. This was followed by 'Mobility', with 48.5% reporting no problems, 'Usual activities' with 39.2%, and 'Pain/Discomfort' with the lowest percentage at 18.6%. Conversely, in QLU-C10D, a slightly higher percentage of people (23.6%) reported no problems with 'Pain' compared to EQ-5D-5L. The largest percentage of individuals with no issues for 'Nausea' was 41.4%, while 'Physical' had the lowest percentage at 13.9%, with no ceiling effect observed. In addition to 'Physical', 'fatigue' did not exhibit a ceiling effect, accounting for 14.8% of respondents, whereas the remaining dimensions showed a ceiling effect.
