Please note that the subject vessel berthed at No. N34 berth of Huisheng terminal Tianjin port at 2242hrs on May 29, 2023. Our surveyor attended on board and inspected the cargo hold and hatch condition with the duty officer prior to discharging. It was noted that the visible bulkhead, side plating, and hatch coaming were in good condition with complete paint coating, except for some minor scratches.

Discharging commenced at 0205hrs using 3 shore cranes combined with an excavator or bulldozer inside the cargo hold. To prevent damage to the air pipes on the main deck, sponge pads were placed on top of the pipes. We have been continuously monitoring the cargo hold condition during discharging and have observed no damage except for some scratches on the paint coating of the side plating or tanktop.

Based on the foreman's advice, we expect the discharging to be completed this afternoon with an ETD of 2000hrs tonight. We will continue to inspect the cargo hold throughout the discharging process and will conduct a final inspection upon completion. Should any damage be detected, we will report it to you immediately
