We have received your letter and have already discussed with the sampling company ITS about the preparation of a blended sample from the existing samples Currently ITS has completed the sampling

Thank you for your letter. We have discussed the preparation of a blended sample with the sampling company, ITS, and they have completed the sampling of 9 lots based on 5,000 tons per lot. The sampling of the tenth lot has been completed for approximately 2,300 tons of goods. ITS will blend these samples proportionally to create a composite sample and submit it for inspection, provided there are no new instructions or objections.

For the remaining 3,200 tons of goods in silos 10 & 12, ITS will resume sampling based on 500 tons per lot after resuming transportation. Once all sampling is completed, we will wait for further instructions on whether to test the remaining goods separately or to test them after mixing with the previous samples.

To comply with previous instructions and the requirements of the charterer's inspector (AMD), we will invite the AMD inspector to participate in the blending of samples. If there are no objections, we will schedule the preparation of the blended sample for tomorrow and invite the AMD inspector to witness it.
