We have received your instructions and have consulted with the sampling company, ITS, regarding the preparation of composite samples for the current samples. ITS has completed the sampling of 9 lots, each consisting of 5000 tons. However, the sampling for the 10th lot has only been completed for approximately 2300 tons of cargo. In the absence of any additional instructions or objections, ITS will mix these samples proportionally to create a composite sample for testing.

For the remaining cargo in silos 10 and 12, ITS will resume sampling in lots of 500 tons each after transportation resumes. Once all sampling is completed, we will await further instructions to determine whether the remaining samples should be tested separately or combined with the previous samples for testing.

As per your previous instructions and the requirements of the charterer's surveyor on behalf of ADM, we will invite them to participate in the preparation of the composite samples. If there are no objections, the ADM surveyor will be invited to witness the preparation of the composite samples, which is tentatively scheduled for tomorrow.
