We have received your letter and have discussed with the sampling company ITS regarding the production of mixed samples for the existing samples. Currently, ITS has completed the sampling of 9 lots of samples according to 5000 tons per lot, and the sampling for the 10th lot of samples has only been completed for about 2300 tons of goods. If there are no new instructions or objections, ITS will mix these samples in proportion to produce a comprehensive sample for testing.

For the remaining 3200 tons of goods in silos 10 and 12 (according to ITS sampling records), ITS will resume sampling according to 500 tons per lot after the transportation is restored. After all the sampling is completed, further instructions will be awaited on whether to test the remaining goods separately or after mixing them with the previous samples.

As per the previous instructions and the requirements of the lessee's inspector (AMD), they should be invited to participate in the production of mixed samples. If there are no objections, we will invite the AMD inspector to witness the production of the mixed sample, which is scheduled for tomorrow.
