The unloading of 10 gas bottles was not reported to our surveyor, depriving us of the opportunity to inspect them. This lack of notification raises significant safety concerns. Furthermore, relevant parties, including the agent and Customs, have been unwilling to provide the necessary documentation. This lack of transparency makes it impossible for us to confirm whether the 10 unloaded bottles are new or used, potentially posing a serious safety hazard.
