Shipowner Questioned by Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) - Investigation Summary
At the request of the local Maritime Safety Administration (MSA), the shipowner was summoned to the MSA office for questioning. Our surveyor accompanied the shipowner to the MSA office, but regrettably, our surveyor was not allowed to be present as an observer.
