Acetylene Cylinder Explosion Investigation: Unable to Identify Specific Cylinders

We conducted an on-site inspection of the cylinder fragments but were unable to locate the cylinder serial number. Additionally, our attempt to obtain other acetylene cylinder information from the shipowner proved unsuccessful. As a result, we are unable to ascertain the specific acetylene cylinders that were involved in the explosion.
