Shipowner Questioned by Local MSA: Surveyor Attends and Records Information
At the request of the local Maritime Safety Administration (MSA), a shipowner attended their office to answer questions. Our surveyor accompanied the shipowner to the MSA office but was not permitted to observe the questioning. Following the interview, the shipowner relayed the questions and answers to our surveyor, and the relevant information has been recorded.
