Shipowner Questioned by Local MSA: Surveyor Present for Support

At the request of the local MSA, a shipowner recently attended a formal questioning at their office. Our surveyor accompanied the shipowner to the MSA office to provide support. Unfortunately, the surveyor was not permitted to be present during the questioning as an observer. However, following the investigation, the shipowner provided a comprehensive debriefing to our surveyor, relaying the questions asked and the answers given.
