Shipowner Questioned by Local MSA: A Surveyor's Account
At the request of the local MSA, the shipowner visited the local MSA office for questioning. Our surveyor accompanied the shipowner to the MSA office, but unfortunately, our surveyor was not permitted to be present as an observer.
