Explosion on Vessel Causes Damage and Casualties, But No Pollution

Under the guidance of the Master, all the fuel oil tanks were positioned at the stern of the vessel. There were no oil tanks, gray water tanks, or oil pipes in close proximity to the explosion. Fortunately, apart from the aforementioned ship damage and casualties, no additional harm or pollution was reported.
