Under the guidance of the Master, all fuel oil tanks were positioned at the stern of the vessel. There were no oil tanks, gray water tanks, or oil pipes in close proximity to the explosion. Additionally, apart from the ship damage and casualties mentioned, no other harm or pollution was reported.
