To enhance our CCR, we have implemented a new workflow that includes collaborating with the NSR business team to conduct Seller engagement in order to reinstate normal status accounts that have generated defects. This will also serve as an educational opportunity for these Sellers. Additionally, we are working with the TSE PQ team to improve the current PQ gating mechanism, and with the ABP team to address the issue of misbranded ASINs in counterfeit/infringing listings by requesting their suppression
