Using a live cell imaging system, we observed significant growth in the size of endometrial organoids over a period of five days (see Supplymentary video 1). This growth pattern was consistent with positive Ki67 staining in the EEOs. Additionally, HUVEC demonstrated self-organization by forming a complex, multilayered network of interconnected microvascular structures with a lumenized 3D structure (see Figure 2H and Supplymentary video 1-2). The vascularized endometrial organoids displayed a microvascular system characterized by a capillary network-like structure, where the endothelial cells forming the lumen were closely associated with ESCs (see Figure 2I and Supplymentary video 3-5). HUVEC and ESCs established direct intercellular connections with EEOs cells (see Figure 2I and J, and Supplymentary video 3-5)

用更为地道、科学的英文表达如下内容:By a live cell imaging system we observed the endometrial organoids exhibited a significant growth in size over a period of five days Supplymentary video 1 This growth pattern corres
