Abstract: This paper aims to explore and propose solutions to the existing problems in Z Company's compensation management, in order to optimize the compensation management and improve employee satisfaction and motivation. Firstly, the problems in Z Company's compensation management are analyzed, including unfair compensation, opaque compensation system, and imperfect incentive mechanisms. Then, strategies are proposed, including establishing a fair compensation system, enhancing the transparency of the compensation system, and improving incentive mechanisms. Finally, the effectiveness of the strategies is verified through empirical research, demonstrating the importance of optimizing compensation management in improving employee satisfaction and motivation.
