The receiver alleges that the goods were damaged during devanning and suspects that high temperatures during transport may have caused the damage. However, no evidence has been provided to support these claims. The receiver has not provided proof of cargo damage during devanning or records of cargo temperatures during transport.

During our inspection, it had been over a month since devanning and the receiver had not provided any evidence of proper preservation of the cargo during this time. Without sufficient information, it is difficult for us to determine when the cargo was damaged. We request temperature records for the container during the transportation period of this voyage to assess the condition of the cargo during transport.
