Cargo Damage Investigation: Lack of Evidence Delays Determination

The shipper alleges that the goods were damaged during unloading and may have been exposed to high temperatures during transport. However, the shipper has failed to provide any evidence to support these claims, such as proof of cargo damage during unloading or temperature records from the voyage.

Our inspection took place over a month after unloading, and the shipper has not provided any evidence to demonstrate that the goods were well-maintained during this time. Without further information, it is difficult for us to determine the cause of the cargo damage. We kindly request that the shipper provide temperature records for the container during the voyage to help us analyze the condition of the goods during transport.
