Shrimp Quality Issue: Red/Black Discoloration and Strange Odor After Water Freezing

We have observed a concerning issue with a shipment of shrimp. The freezing method employed was water freezing, which has led to the entire box of goods being frozen into a single, solid block. All the shrimp are frozen solid and their bodies are hard. However, we have noted that some shrimp heads and/or bodies have turned red or black. Additionally, some boxes of goods emit a strange odor.
