Antioxidant Enzyme Activity Measurement in Leaf Homogenate
A 10% leaf homogenate was prepared using physiological saline. Following centrifugation, the supernatant was collected for the quantification of antioxidant enzymes. The activities of these enzymes were determined using commercially available assay kits from Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute (Nanjing, China), strictly adhering to the manufacturer's instructions.
