However, during the subsequent tank inspection, impurities were discovered, raising concerns that the pollution may be linked to the vessel. As a result, the vessel's departure has been postponed until 0930 tomorrow.

The agent reported that the cargo was inspected and sampled before discharging, and the results indicated that it was in good condition.

In light of these developments and the principal's instructions, we will await further confirmation and investigation results before taking any action.
